To begin I had to buy a rubik's cube from the store, and this particular one came with directions on how to solve it. I mixed it up and tried it on my own for awhile. After hours of self teaching I decided to watch some youtube videos and learn the in and outs of the cube. I had to memorize all the different algorithms that you can use under any situation and finally was able to solve it without using any help in less than a minute. Now that I knew the cube so well I could teach it, I wrote out the plan for the video. There are over 43 quintillion ways to mix up the cube so finding a way to explain how to solve it that would apply to everyone was difficult. I also had to resolve my cube and do a different situation many times to make sure no matter what a cube is mixed up like the viewer would be able to follow one of my paths. I took all my clips, edited them in iMovie and put the algorithms I was using at the time on the screen to make it easier for the viewer.
